1. Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Our services operate on a flexible subscription model. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with no penalties. Upon cancellation, access to ongoing design services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. Clients will no longer have access to their website or any hosted services, but they retain full ownership of finalized design assets such as logos, branding materials, and menu designs.

2. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If a client is unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, they are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request via email, detailing their concerns.

3. Ownership and Rights

Clients retain full ownership of all finalized and approved design materials upon project completion and payment. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unapproved designs remain the intellectual property of DineFX

4.. Revisions and Approval Process

Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as outlined in their package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges. Design approvals must be submitted in writing before final delivery.

5.Confidentiality and Data Protection
We respect the confidentiality of our clients. All provided materials, business details, and branding concepts will be kept secure and not shared with third parties without client consent.
